The only solution I have found is to uninstall and download the newest versions. To update Office on a Mac, a program named Microsoft AutoUpdate (MAU) is used. Over the last few months (cant remember when this started) and I am unable to use Autoupdate for any of my MS apps. Manually download updates to your local network, and then use your software distribution tools to deploy the updates.
